The Episcopal Church of St. John the Baptist — A Place for You

We, the Members of the Episcopal Church of St. John the Baptist, are committed to inviting, supporting, and welcoming all people as full members of our church family.

We are a Member of the Episcopal Diocese of New Jersey, the Episcopal Church and the worldwide Anglican Communion.

Our siblings who have experienced exclusion because of their sexual orientation or identity find among us a safe and affirming spiritual home.

Single adults discover in our community a welcoming group of people who accept and collaborate with one another.

Families discover a supportive home to discover for themselves a place where they and their children find acceptance.

We are a diverse community coming together from different types of education, work experiences, ethnic backgrounds, skin colors, sexual orientations, and abilities.

While our numbers are small, we make a significant impact on our community through our support of the Linden Food Pantry, the Union County YWCA Domestic Violence Victim Outreach, the Orphans in the the Good Shepherd Home in Cameroon, Africa, the Episcopal Appalachian Reading Camp, and the Christmas Angels Program which provides Christmas Gifts to Children in the Linden Schools.

We are committed to forming a beloved community.
